Following recent announcement from The Ministry of Education’s Disease Control Department, all Foreign nationals intending to use dormitory facilities MUST provide Proof of Measles Vaccination (a total of two doses). This measure aims to ensure the health and safety of all residents and prevent the spread of measles within communal living spaces.

Therefore, please submit your Certificate of Vaccination confirming two doses along with the dormitory reservation form to the CLEO-PR 2024 Secretariat (Google Form below).

Students, even with a completed payment of the reservation fee, who fails to submit a valid Certificate of Two-Dose Measles Vaccination will be prohibited from entering the dormitories.

How to reserve ※ First-come, first-served basis

  • 1. Click and submit a reservation form (Deadline: June 30, 2024 KST)
  • 2. You can receive an invoice in a day
  • 3. Make a bank transfer to the designated account (Payment Method: Bank Transfer Only)
    • Payment should be made within 3 days after receiving invoice
    • Please make the names of the dormitory applicant and the depositor identical
    • Please send us a remittance slip of your payment via email dormitory@cleopr2024.org
  • 4. You can receive a confirmation letter in a week

Room Information Condition Check the Policy
  • Dormitory 2 is for men only. Dormitory 3 is for women only.
  • Check-in time starts from 09:00, and check-out time is until 12:00. An additional fee for an extra day will be applied for late check-out.
  • Responsibility for any damage or loss rests with the individual, and compensation must be provided.
  • According to the dormitory regulations, no entry or leaving is allowed after 24:00.
  • The dormitories are segregated into male and female sections, and access is strictly controlled.

  • For cancellations of your reservation, a written request must be sent to the Secretariat
  • Please note that refund will be made after the Conference
  • Deadline for refund request is June 30, 2024 KST.
    ※ Service charges on bank transfer will be borne by registrants.
