After the paper submission, the corresponding author and presenter will receive the confirmation letter from the CLEO-PR 2024 secretariat within a week by e-mail.

All authors are required to upload their paper to the on-line paper submission system. Please prepare your paper in PDF format.

The deadline for submission of Post-Deadline paper is June 21 (Fri.), 2024 June 23 (Sun.), 2024. Notification of acceptance of the paper will be sent via an E-mail to the corresponding author and speaker after the post-deadline review.

The submitted paper will either be accepted or rejected based on technical merits evaluated by peer reviewers. The accepted paper might be reassigned to an oral or poster presentation of appropriate topical session at the discretion of program committee.

Please be informed that the presenter of each accepted paper must complete his/her registration and pay the registration fee by June 15 (Sat.), 2024 June 25 (Tue.), 2024 (Author Registration Due); otherwise the paper will be withdrawn from the proceedings publication.

Abstract / Summary

35-word Abstract
The 35-word abstract should be a brief summary of the work. If the submission is accepted for presentation, this 35-word abstract will be included in the Conference Program Book.

2-page Summary (up to 2 pages maximum)
The author must include all text, including the 35-word abstract, title, authors, equations, tables, photographs, drawings, figures, and references. The text may be typed either single-spaced or double-spaced. Refrain from use of asterisk, job descriptions, or footnotes.

A4, 8.27 in. x 11.69 in. paper (210 mm by 297 mm) with 1-inch margins (2.54 cm) on all sides

If you want to withdraw your submitted paper, you have to email to CLEO-PR 2024 Secretariat (cleopr2024@cleopr2024.org).

IEEE Xplore Proceedings

If you want to have your papers published on IEEE Xplore, please CHECK 'Yes' when you submit your paper via Online Paper Submission System.
* Only accepted papers that are checked 'Yes' for the IEEE Xplore Publication will be published on the platform.
* If you do not check ‘Yes’, it will be published only in the program book and CLEO-PR 2024 proceedings.

Requirements for Paper Publication on IEEE Xplore

IEEE PDF eXpress File

All accepted papers submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

  • Authors of accepted papers to be published on IEEE Xplore must submit their PDF eXpress version via the online submission system by May 20 (Mon.), 2024 June 21 (Fri,), 2024. Details on submission methods and guidelines shall be updated later.

IEEE e-Copyright (eCF)

All accepted papers submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore will need a signed IEEE Copyright Form. The link to access and sign the document will be sent directly to the corresponding authors of the papers via email after acceptance notification.
After clicking the link, please use the provided username and password in the email to login the IEEE e-copyright system. After completion, the signed IEEE Copyright Form will be sent to the author via email.

  • If authors incur any technical issues related to the eCF, please directly contact the IPR Office at ecopyright@ieee.org.
  • A version of the signed copyright will be stored automatically in the IEEE system. Therefore, authors do not need to resubmit the signed copyright to the CLEO-PR 2024 Secretariat.
